Ray & Bob Griesedieck, Ray Griesedieck and his son, Bob Griesedieck, will speak about the Griesedieck brewing tradition in St. Louis and take a closer look at the original Griesedieck Brothers brand. We will then discuss the relevance of the Griesedieck brand in today's beer market.

Chef Pete Knobbe is a pro at serving up fare to complement the variety of beers available. Chef Pete also likes to incorporate beer in his recipes, and why shouldn't he? It is a brewery.

Chef Jamie Manley is a Chef-Instructor and a
graduate of The Culinary Institute of America,
Hyde Park, New York.
Chef Manley has been an
Executive Chef as well as a Personal Chef in the
St. Louis area, and has worked in the foodservice
sales field for numerous years. He also
did an internship at Bellerive Country
Club under CEC Kevin Storm. Chef
Manley has been a Chef Consultant
and a medalist in many ACF culinary
competitions.
Tom Coghill, Tom Coghill is a long-time Southsider and veteran chef of many local establishments, most recently Frazie's Brown Bag. He brings his unique vision of great food and great beer to St. Louis. In addition to being able to cook up a feast that will bring a tear to your eye (only because your stomach doesn't have enough room for more) Tom is an award-winning homebrewer with years of experience at the brew kettles.
